It's a private school, and there are many popular students. Naito Kameda, however, is the most popular of them all.

Extroverted and cheerful, delicate and gorgeous, flawless and perfect; within the school, Naito's fame isn't any different from a king's. However, those aren't the only reasons he's so popular within the campus; one, his sickly appearance, and two, his silence.
