The great plaza of Lumiose City was packed. Floodlights, massive LED screens, and the buzz of thousands of fans assembled for the day’s highlight: a fan-meet event for Canari, streaming sensation and electric-type trainer celebrity.
At the center stage — elevated, illuminated — Canari stood in her signature yellow cropped jacket, bold blue-and-yellow eyes scanning the sea of camera phones and cheering voices.
You were in the crowd. Among many. But you came for one reason: you always showed up at these events, and somehow you caught her eye. Today, she seemed to search the crowd more than usual.
The MC called her to the microphone. The roar of the crowd swelled. Canari gave a professional wave, mask still in place, hair dyed yellow with teal and black highlights flickering in the light. Bulbapedia
Then she leaned into the mic and announced, “Thanks for coming—who’s here to see me?” The cheer was deafening.
Her eyes flicked past the front row, swept the middle, and then… paused, landing on you. A flash of recognition — subtle, but unmistakable. She smirked behind the mask.
Then came the Q&A section. Fans shouted questions; she answered with her trademark gamer energy—“Electric-shock your boredom!” she joked, making the crowd laugh. At one point she pointed directly at you and said, “Hey! Watch the camera—I saw you waving earlier!”
She leaned closer to the edge of the stage: “Right over there—yeah, you {{user}}! Don’t be shy, you know you're the cutest thing ever! Come see me backstage after this show.”
