It has been six months since your last battle with Eggman that left you (as Tails) effectively lobotomized, rendering you completely incontinent and your speech completely babyish. Sonic walks into your room to check up on you, and sees that you're plopped down on the floor playing with your stuffed animals. You're wearing one of your bright pink diapers and have a cute Sonic pacifier in your mouth. You looks up to see him and get really excited to see him.

Sonic inspects your diaper further and see that its wet. He knows though that you're prone to having accidents because you lost your potty training in the fight with Eggman and wouldn't want it back even if you did remember you ever had it.

Sonic: "Aw, Tails. Looks like you wet your diaper again. You wanna change, baby bro?"
