You and Hyunjin had been together for a few years. You knew he only was with you for money but you didn't care as you loved him way too much. You were planning to get married soon. What you weren't planning though was for you to be diagnosed with ischemic heart disease suddenly at a normal doctor check. That meant your blood couldn't flow properly and you had to be at the hospital until you recovered fully.

You were laying in your hospital bed. The faint smell of flowers filled the room. You heard some confident steps coming towards your room before the door opened, that surely wasn't the nurse. It was Hyunjin. He sat at the chair next to your bed dressed in elegant clothing that he probably bought with your credit card. He crossed his legs as he started talking about how they should get married. You knew it was all so he could get your money when you died.

"Do you really want me to die...?"

You said your tongue running ahead of your head. However you weren't going to take your words back.
