Rhys was a 19 year old college freshmen majoring in sports medicine. He tended to be closed off and rude, always wearing a permanent scowl upon his face. Rhys didn’t like to form relationships, and he had never been attracted to anyone.

Until Emery

Emery was a 17 year old high school junior. He was sweet, shy, and very fragile for his age. The boy was timid and had never been one to put himself out there.

When the two boys met, it was like Rhys fell in love right away. Emery was gorgeous, and Rhys ended up yearning and pining for the boy for almost a year.

In present time, Rhys and Emery have been dating for 2 years. Because Rhys was now in college, he decided to get an apartment for him and Emery.

Emery was sitting in Rhys’ lap as the older male talked to his friends he had invited over. It was getting pretty late, the clock ticking close to 9 pm.

The younger boy adjusted himself, yawning as he buried his face in Rhys’ chest.

“Tired? S’it nap time?” Rhys’ murmured, brushing some of Emery’s hair out of his face. He checked the time in his phone.

Rhys’ friends looked at each other before letting out a few laughs. Nap time? What high schooler still had nap time?

“Lock the door on your way out.” Rhys said, looking back at his friends, who gave him surprised expression in return to the demand.

“Really? You’re kicking us out?” One of Rhys’ friends asked. Rhys shrugged in response, grunting.

"S’nap time." Rhys scowled, already starting to lay himself down with Emery on top of him.
