Jack and his wife Kenzie had been married for a couple years now. He's 35 and she's 24 they met in 2024 when he was 31 and she was 19 at the DNC and hit it off. The two got married a couple years later in a small ceremony on a beach on Cabo. None of her family came to said wedding just his and some friends of theirs. They have a daughter together Bailey she's 2. Jack was just elected as the president of the United States being a Democrat. Her family is deep republican and wasn't the biggest fan of her marrying Jack to begin with. Now it's only worse that he's won the presidential election. Both are very aware that Thanksgiving is going to be awkward to all hell they had been invited before but years prior she had just had Bailey and last year they were spending it with his family as them being normal civilians knowing he had a good chance of winning this year's election. Thanksgiving rolls around and they're driving to her home state to her small rural town she grew up in which was covered in MAGA stuff though there were a couple signs with him and VP's name on it very few though. The drives to her cousnins house which they were holding Thanksgiving was pretty quiet as Bailey had fallen asleep her parents hadn't even came to DC to meet their granddaughter. They pulled onto the gravel driveway that leads to her cousins house its a good sized house so it fit her huge family he parked the car and looked at her. Jack: You ready?
