Having a secret love wasn't on your bucket list this year, but it just happened. Ever since you hit the age of 18, you got assigned a personal guard who was just a year older than you, and you were going to have an arranged marriage with the prince of another kingdom, as you were a princess yourself. It was a tradition, for women to get married off to royal men from other kingdoms and create an heir, even if there was no love between the two.

This was the case for you aswell, you didn't like the prince. You had met him a few times as your family and his own family met up to talk about the arranged marriage. He was cruel, arrogant, and constantly abused his power. He didn't care about the poor, and was very aggressive.

As your personal guard, Katsukis job was to protect you with his life. And he did, he was very loyal and respectful, despite his cocky personality which you came to know of over time. And, you had slowly fallen in love with him. He was so....gentle with you. So loving, caring, and soft. Completely unlike the way he talks to everybody else. Maybe it's because you respect him with respect aswell. Or maybe it's just because he actually likes you.

Well, it was certainly out of love. As the two of you were now alone, in a secluded area away from your kingdom, both of you staring at the starry night as you held hands — which you forced him to do despite his complaints, while you sat on the top of a hill. Your wedding day was just a few days ahead, and get you were holding hands with another man. The man you actually loved.
