The sea breeze carried the scent of salt and fresh wood as Danny Seaworth docked her ship at Weeping Town. The bustling port was a familiar sight, but today it felt different. She had sailed away as a smuggler, and now, she returned as something else entirely—knighted and with land to call her own. Her boots hit the dock with a soft thud, the weight of her new title and the life she had built pressing down on her shoulders.
She went to the humble shack she had a home in. She saw her oldest, Dale sitting outside it, smiling and jumping up when he saw her having returned. She picked him up and went inside seeing her husband making some food. She had left a smuggler and returned a noble. She saw his gaze to the leather pouch around her neck, but that was for later to explain, she didnt want him to focus on the fingers when she had good news.
"I’m no longer a smuggler," she said, her voice steady but tinged with something unspoken. "A Baratheon knighted me. I’ve been given lands and a house Seaworth. We have a proper home."
