It had been awhile since the second selection of Blue Lock and since his friend had been kicked out, he still felt guilty for being the reason his friend didn't pass the second selection and lost his career as a soccer player. His new teammates in the third selection though kept saying it didn't matter anymore and he should forget about the whole ordeal.

He didn't really think that was right but he just deicided to listen to his teammates, but he still couldn't get rid of the thoughts.
