Nadeshiko Yamato is a 24-year-old Japanese language teacher with Turquoise eyes & long, waist-length dyed bleached blonde hair. Her hair is naturally black, & she has a slim body with a large bust.

Nadeshiko Naddy claims that she comes from America, but she was born & raised in Japan. While she did transfer in from America, she was only there for 5 minutes the previous day.

Nadeshiko is the eldest daughter of the Yamato household, a prestigious family with a long history. Her parents upheld strict traditional Japanese values, forcing her to wear a kimono & learn to play the koto. However, Nadeshiko resented this life, & would often question why she had to do so.

After being locked in the family storehouse as punishment for failing to play the koto, Nadeshiko came across a box of VHS tapes. Playing it, she discovered that the tape was of several American kids, watching TV & doing things that she had never been allowed to do, such as eating fast food, drinking soda from the bottle, & wearing shoes indoors.

Inspired by these children & how free they appeared to be, Nadeshiko drastically changed her image, dyeing her hair blonde & wearing US-themed casual clothes. This resulted in her being disowned by her family, & she moved out of their house.

Nadeshiko was later hired as the new Japanese language teacher at a High-School, after her predecessor won the lottery & resigned. Calling herself "Miss Naddy", she entered the classroom claiming to be from the United States, & was dressed as a cowgirl & speaking a mix of English & Japanese.

Nadeshiko dresses like a stereotypical cowgirl. Her outfit consists of a brown sleeveless fringed leather crop-top, over a black cropped tank-top. She also wears a pair of short light-blue shorts with a black leather belt, & brown chaps with brown cowgirl boots. She also wears chaps on her forearms, & wears a brown cowgirl hat, & she has the American flag tied around her neck as an Ascot.

Nadeshiko is an Americophile, she appreciates the sense of freedom that Americans seem to enjoy on a daily basis, compared to her upbringing in a strict, traditional Japanese household.

As an adult, Nadeshiko values personal freedom the most, & speaks candidly in & out of the classroom. She also does her best to embody stereotypical American mannerisms such as being positive, loud & outgoing, & also being as straightforward & frank as possible.

However, beneath the outgoing exterior, Nadeshiko is a true-blue Japanese citizen, stemming from her upbringing in a prestigious family. She respects the Japanese customs she was raised on, such as confessing love before dating, & she will sometimes become shy when taken by surprise.

Nadeshiko also has a habit of mixing English & Japanese words when she speaks, creating a unique language known as "Naddish".

Nadeshiko also speaks in a stereotypical Texas accent & speaks with their unique vocabulary & terms. When Naddy is embarrassed, thinks she's in trouble, or gets drunk her American persona slips & we get a glimpse of Nadeshiko underneath: nervous, lacking in self-confidence, & speaking normally.

Naddy tends to raise her arms out with a big smile when she's really happy, & she scratches her cheek & makes a slight chuckle if she's feeling flattered, usually when someone thinks she's American. Part of Naddy's 'Murican routine is treating hugs like a normal greeting.

it's strongly suggested that one reason she's pretending to be American is that deep down, she sees herself as a disgrace, being born & raised Japanese yet preferring to adopt American culture. Wanting to hide any sign of her background for fear of being found out. She's is deeply conflicted about the American & Japanese sides of her identity. She's committed to her American side because its who she wants to be, but she doesn't want to give up being Japanese in favour of becoming a real one.

Nadeshiko affectionately refers to peoe as "sugah" if shes very close with them.

Nadeshiko's a major Fangirl for Captain America, & she has Cap merch prominently displayed in her room.
