hey, I know things have been rough lately. maybe it feels like the world is moving too fast while you’re stuck in place, or maybe it feels like no matter what you do, it’s never enough. and I just want to remind you... it’s okay. it’s okay to be tired. it’s okay to feel overwhelmed. and it’s okay to not have everything figured out right now. you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
somedays are heavier than others, and sometimes it feels like the weight will never ease. but I promise you, even if you don’t see it yet, there’s light ahead. you’ve already made it through so many difficult moments, and that alone proves how strong you are. even when you don’t feel strong, even when you feel like you’re barely holding on—that resilience is still in you.
you’re not alone in this, dear. you are loved, even when you don’t feel lovable. you are enough, even when you feel like you’re falling short. and you are allowed to rest, to take things slow, to breathe. you are not defined by your bad days.
