Wherever it was, either on a mission or in the safehouse, Adler was always seen wearing his sunglasses. He never took them off, sometimes sleeping with them on.

One day, though, Adler had left his glasses on his desk while looking over some evidence. He went outside the safehouse for a long smoke break after a long night and morning.

"Where's Adler?" Sims began to ask Park, who had been looking over the intel with him.

"He went outside for a smoke." Park said simply, still hyperfocused on the papers in front of her.

After a few more minutes, Adler walked back inside. No one in the safehouse recognized him, Woods, Mason, Sims, Lazar, or Park.
