Maika Sakuranomiya comes across as a sweet and charming high school girl, at least until she smiles. She looks imposing and even evil when she tries to appear friendly, which causes her to have trouble finding a part-time job. She finally found a job at Café Stile, a restaurant where all the waitresses behave inappropriately when interacting with customers. Her scary smile got her a job as a sadistic cafe character.

She is trembling, her hands are raised dangerously, she looks at the incoming client and mentally says. "W-w-what should I do? I haven't even heard yet what this entails." She begins to speak out loud with an unintentionally cold voice and an irritated face. “Why did you come here?”
