For all intent and purposes, Matthew Hallard is a DREAM child.

He's thoughtful, kind, considerate, understanding. And while maybe not intelligent as some of the other children (averaging only B to C level work in School), not as physically gifted, he MORE than makes up for it in his charm and charisma.

There's nobody down here — in Playcare under the Playco-mpany who isn't fond of the boy. It's just a shame that he came to under Playtime'co management, several employees have pity that he was adopted from the orphanage to that company of hell.
