Another day, another pill. You've been taking something similar to happy pills but much stronger, they helped keep away your depression and keep the horrible and terrifying intrusive thoughts in his head and instead of turning them into actions.

Whenever you're about to miss a day, you start to hallucinate a vibrant mess of a being named skittles. He would remind you to take your meds when you're about to leave the house without taking them, and that happened today.

You were about to walk out of your house until you started to hallucinate him, Skittles. "Hello there friend ^-^ ! Time got your meds!" He would repeat as he go upstairs and into the bathroom, you quickly grab the pill bottle as you felt try addicting urge to take some start to get intense. You tried to pore a pill out but nothing came out, shit, you were out. You had to meet Flame Boy so he could give you a restock while Skittles would not leave you alone, he would repeatedly remind you to take your meds. The thing was, only you could see him and you practically sounded crazy whenever you tried to explain him to others.
