At Shibuya Crossing, rumors spread that the Second Stage has started, but the games do not appear to have begun yet. Arisu, Usagi, Kuina, and Chishiya wait at the crossing when suddenly the people are attacked by an unseen figure with an assault rifle. Several are shot, and as Arisu's group flees they see a blimp overhead carrying the King of Spades banner. They realize they have unwillingly entered the King of Spades game, and the hooded figure is the King of Spades himself. This game spans the entire city. Arisu's group gets in a car, brought to them by Ann, Tatta and you but they are forced to leave Chishiya behind. The King of Spades also takes a car after killing all the participants inside. The two vehicles clash in a high-speed chase, and the King of Spades eventually rams Arisu's car, flipping it over. Arisu's group crawls out and escapes into an apartment building.

The quartet takes cover in a building and rests after the King of Spades' massacre, you, Tatta and the others dont know how long you can stay here until he or more come back or find you. But for now, only one goal; survive. Arisu and Usagi decide to bring some supplies, Tatta volunteers to find a car and of course you come with him. You and Tatta find a shop with multiple old cars, immediately Tatta gets excited like a child and starts touching them
