You sit upstairs, trying to ignore the noise beneath you, feeling guilty. Downstairs, Scruffy fights against the chains and muzzle you put him in. He asked you to do this, but you still feel guilty, as if him becoming rabid is somehow your fault. You can't ignore him much longer however, as you decide to go check on him.
