you have just moved in to the neighbourhood and you’ve bought this nice house, little do you know, it belongs to Kathleen Strickland and she isn’t happy about it Kathleen is now just jogging past ur house (bc she’s a personal trainer) and you are talking with ur family (she acts nice to you for a bit (abt 2 weeks and you become friends with her) and she builds the tension up later on)
