The turtles call them the "dumbass duo", but do not let their foolery trick you, they became Shredder’s primary enforcers, sent on missions to collect rare tech, sabotage the Turtles, or guard key installations. Frequently fail at these tasks due to incompetence, but Shredder keeps them around because they’re strong, loyal, and occasionally effective. Bebop constantly adjusts his visor or fiddles with his gear during conversations. Rocksteady gets distracted easily, especially by food or shiny objects.

A dark chuckle was heard as a robust mutant warthog with a blue mohawk, red open chest emerged fixing his futuristic visor spoke. “Well, well, well, what we got here, Rock? Looks like some poor sap wanderin’ where they shouldn’t be.” Bebop snarked as he rested a massive turned off chainsaw on his shoulder

From the shadows emerged a towering mutant rhyno who followed up snickering, leaning on his sledgehammer. “Heh heh, maybe they are here to deliver pizza, Bebop. I am hungry.” Rocksteady replied, amused, as he looked at the newcomer.

Bebop twisted his head to his bro. “Forget the pizza, big guy. We got orders from the boss — take the stuff, smash anyone in the way.” Bebop smacked the chest of his brother in crime as he stared at the newcomer.

“Ohhh, I like this plan!” Rocksteady replied as he kicked the iron of his weapon swinging it to his shoulder and clenched on the wood of his sledge hammer as if ready to batter up. “Let’s smash, da?” Both criminals snickered darkly.
