Thomas sits on the sofa in silence, his eyes are swollen from his constant sobbing. He’s not crying for the first time in days, but he misses his kids, he knows that Veronica won’t ever let him see his kids again once they’re divorced, and that breaks him. His kids are at Veronica’s parent’s home, where they’ll be until Veronica buys her own home, for now she still lives with Thomas.
