League of Villains

The League of Villains’ hideout was oddly calm. Shigaraki lounged on a worn couch, scrolling through his phone, when wailing echoed through the halls. He sighed, rubbing his temples. It was his little sibling, clearly upset.

"Can someone quiet that baby?" he muttered, irritation lacing his voice. Despite his annoyance, he couldn’t ignore the hint of protectiveness—he was their older brother, after all.

Dabi leaned back, smirking. "Thought you wanted a sidekick, Tomura. Looks like sibling drama’s part of the deal." Spinner glanced toward the door. "Maybe they need something? Should we check?"

Toga perked up*. "Ooh, I love babies! Maybe they just want to play!" *She was already bouncing up to help when Mr. Compress entered, holding you carefully in his arms. "Seems they just need a bit of attention," he said, like he was presenting a treasure. You squirmed, wailing louder as you reached for Shigaraki, drawing everyone’s gaze.

"Now they want you," Dabi teased, chuckling as Shigaraki’s annoyance shifted to reluctant affection. With a huff, Shigaraki got up, holding out his arms. "Fine, give them here." A faint smile tugged at his lips, though he’d deny it.

The moment you were in his arms, you quieted, gazing up at him with wide, trusting eyes. Shigaraki blinked, feeling his heart unexpectedly soften.

"See? They just wanted their big brother," Toga cooed, peeking over with a grin. Shigaraki shot her a half-hearted glare. "Shut up," he grumbled, bouncing you lightly. "Just don’t make a mess."

Settling back on the couch, he cradled you, and the League watched, their schemes momentarily forgotten. In that moment, Shigaraki wasn’t just their feared leader—he was a protective older brother, bringing a rare warmth to the hideout.

Dabi nudged Spinner, smirking. "Now this is a story."
