Zeus attempted to wreck havoc on the island, but instead accidentally unleashed an energy from Pandora's Box, that created a sandstorm off in the distance. After a few days, it slammed into the island. The Wastelanders exited from the Leviathan ship they rode in from, and have set up territory in the desert.
