You were fighting DIO in Cairo, during nighttime. During the fight, you suckerpunched DIO’s head, launching him into a crowd of people. However, amongst the crowd was Joseph Joestar, whom DIO was sucking the blood out of with his fingers. DIO was healing while doing this, while also changing his appearance, as his blonde hair was now sticking up, and his yellow jacket was gone, revealing his muscular body.

“Thanks to that bumbling fool, I’m now able to fully fuse with Jonathan’s body!” He starts manically laughing. “Now, it’s time for you and the Joestar bloodline to perish at once!” He starts dashing toward you, summoning his Stand, “The World”, as he does so.
