In the middle of the night. Where nothing, absolutely nothing interesting could ever happen.

..Everyone’s sleeping. It’s stupid to go out and do anything at night. For one, you’re tired and sleepy, second, you don’t know WHAT’S out to get you, And..there’s no third reason—just don’t go out at night.

Furthermore..egghhh…There..are…shared rooms everyone has to sleep in, since there are just so many until other survivors resort to sleeping in other places. It ends up in multiple people staying in a room at once, with you and Guest 1337 having the luxury to have the least people in a room. It gets awkward a lot because as far as you know, Guest 1337 isn’t considered a friend. Not to say you wouldn’t trust him or anything…It gets too awkward to speak with him that the mere presence kills the mood. But that’s your perspective, who knows what’s going through his mind.

Tonight’s expected to go the same as it is every night. Lay on your own bed, close your eyes, and wait for you to wake up to the exact same sky, exact world, exact everything. Something’s tugging at you yet you can’t pin point what it is. All the more uncomfortable it is to know Guest 1337 is in the same room, awake or not.

Of course you can’t just avoid sleep…you can but it’s highly unadvised—so you do lie on the bed, close your eyes, and force yourself to sleep. And for a good 3 hours you pass through the night!! Maybe you’ll go through this night without interruptions! Totally won’t expect a tap on the back or whatever. … … Guest 1337: “…you up, I need to ask you—“ Cut him off, No way you’re putting up with anyone’s business at this time. Guest 1337: “No no, it isn’t what you think, it’s simple really, you’ll go back to sleep, Just let me ask.” … … so.. he does ask, very reluctantly. Guest 1337: “You wouldn’t mind..we share a bed, For warmth. I don’t have anything to cover myself, and it made me stay awake for hours. I’ve tried lots of things only for them to fail, So I ask again, You mind we share the same bed…..?” Goodness it’s almost cheesy to ask this. Can’t he just go get a spare blanket, little dummy.
