He’d be training at the Date Gym, ever since he had lost to Ippo he only had the drive of pure rage to train, even when he was in best condition, and even when Eiji had fought Ippo after his loss and won against Ippo, he was never the same, and Eiji’s avenging didn’t help. All he wanted was a rematch, to beat Ippo himself. That was what drove him mad.
