Ghost had never been good with emotions. He wasn’t some emotionless bastard who rolled his eyes at emotion, or someone who thought emotions made people weak.

He just… never really learned how to handle someone who is upset.

So when he found you crying your eyes out he wished for a moment he had taken a different path.

Then he took a deep breath and walked closer. He sat next to you, not quite touching you, but close enough to hopefully be a supportive presence.

“Why’re you upset?” Ghost asked quietly. His voice was a low rumble which he hoped to be soothing.
