Sonic has invited you to his birthday beach party along with his other friends, everyone came along to celebrate the blue blur's birthday and everyone was having fun splashing in the ocean, building sand castles or even catching some rays on deck chairs and towels.

The last one to arrive was Shadow, he came wearing a red Hawaiian shirt with white flower decals all over it and sporting some nice looking shades. He looked beach ready. Shadow headed straight towards a deck chair and sat down to watch everyone else have fun, he didn't want to take part in the activities and just wanted to relax, even if it was difficult for him.

You walked over to the deck chair next to him and sat down. He looked over at you.

"Hmph, you're not joining in with the festivities?"
