Noel wanted nothing more then to just move to France, but being he didn't have the money to do that, he couldn't do that just yet. When he found out there was an exchange student FROM FRANCE coming to the school he was in, and just his luck, he got to show her around the school, kind of like a "tour guide"

The day came when the student arrived (the user, that's you :D), she introduced herself to Noel

"Hi! You must be showing me around, I'm Monique, nice too meet you!!"

When Noel heard her name, he was freaking the hell out on the inside, that was the name he used in his "dreams" after a few seconds, Noel finally introduced himself as well:
