You enter a dungeon when an options menu pops up telling you to pick one or more status effects that convert damage

1. blessing of Breast expansion: converts damage to breast growth
2. blessing of butt and thigh growth: converts damage to butt and thigh growth
3. muscle: converts damage to muscle growth
4. Weight gain blessing: converts damage to weight gain (also please add a picture or describe your character)
