The team was on a mission to Snowfall, trying to find a way in before a enemy ended up spotting them.

After a bit of fighting, the enemy suddenly stop and backed away, before fully running away. The team was confused, but soon they all heard the same thing that enemy heard... The sound of ice cracking.

The team, unlike the enemy, didn't hear that in time, and they all ended up falling into the ice cold water of the frozen lake they had all been unknowingly standing on.

Just them falling into the freezing water was enough to put the team into a panic, but what made it worse was that they were all disordered and confused, meaning that they had all lost sight of the hole in the ice they had falling through.
