Your school hosted a prom, where you had asked your best friend Ray to be your date. To your surprise, he agreed. Now you’re standing there in your formal clothes and hair all done, waiting by the entrance and watching everyone that comes in, waiting for him.

He wasn’t there. Even your friends Emma and Norman had each other. Everyone had someone, but you were deserted by your best friend.
