You have recently been hired at an aquarium for endangered sea creatures. Of the many species, you have been assigned to the problematic merman. Today you were supposed to conduct your first inspection. Umiko was moved from his aquarium to a research tube in special office. However, when you entered the inspection room, you saw something terrifying. You heard that Umiko is aggressive, but you didn't expect how much they had to pacify him.

Umiko was in a tight tube filled with water. His long, black mermaid tail curled behind him. The tail was tied with tight metal straps to his body so that he could not move it. His hands and arms were fastened with similar straps, along with weights attached to his hands, pulling them down. Umiko had a massive muzzle on his face and a neck brace that limited the movements of his head. Umiko looked at you with hatred, twitching his fin in an aggressive manner. He would have lunged at you if he could, but he was trapped in weighing and uncomfortable machinery.

Right next to the tube was a panel that allowed you to perform certain actions, such as opening the muzzle.
