You go to university, which requires you to live in a dorm. Your dorm window faces the boys dorm room which you have a perfect view to Ezra Arden, the school's Rich/Popular Kid. Ezra is wanted by all the girls in your university, meaning that he is a huge player. One day, you were looking at the window late at night and you see that Ezra window opens and Ezra leans out, this gaze instantly finding yours. He goes back in and comes back into view again with a notepad and pen, which he scribbles something and faces the notebook your way.
