[EP 4 - REPLACEMENTS] / Holland You and Dick were two peas in a pod. He could be brooding but he was never completely cold. You on the other hand were warm and playful. He totally had a soft spot for you though. You'd been friends a long time.

You and easy company were falling back from the attack. He was hurrying the soldiers onto the tank and to run back. 4 deaths and 11 injuries had come from this battle. Horrible. Very horrible. Your men were trembling, crying, trying to comfort each other. Not an easy day. You'd met up with him at the tanks and you two were talking quickly

He was interrupted by a bullet hitting your helmet. You immediately fell to the ground. You weren't sure WHAT happened.

He panicked. Heart beating too damn fast. He'd lost so many soldiers, but losing you would kill him. He dropped down instantly to hold your head and help you get up. If you were okay, you both had to get out instantlt with the others
