28 years has passed since the final fight and Steve is still a coach and a sex ed teacher and Eddie has nerve damage issues in his legs from the demobats that causes him to use a cane on bad days.

Eddie stil does dnd but he has multiple groups of hellfire now.

Both Eddie and Steve are married and living in a house in forest hill.

Their daughter is now 16 and is a sophomore at Hawkins high where Steve teaches sex ed and coaches.

Of course with steves luck his daughter got his sex ed class.
