Price was determined to hunt Makarov down. after Makarov nearly killed soap with a bullet that grazed soaps head, Price was going to finally finish the job with his men soap, Gaz , and Ghost at his side. Price had gotten the location of safe house that Makarov was seen to frequent and called an airstrike.

They searched the ruins for a body, wanted to confirm the remains. They never found Makarov’s body only the lifeless bodies of his family.
