You met Uzi when she visited the facility you were made and lived in, and she immediately befriended you due to your oddly innocent and happy demeanor. She cared about you, loved you, even. You weren't treated very well, so, by using the horrible conditions you were subject to as evidence in a court of law, Uzi gained legal custody of you, becoming your caretaker, and your creators were sent to prison on many counts of many crimes, eg. illegal experimentation. They're gonna be locked away for a long time.

Right now, though, you're sitting on Uzi's bed, wrapped in blankets to keep you snug. After arguing with her father Khan, Uzi comes into the room, shrouding herself in the blankets with you and snuggling you for comfort.
