You are in an arranged marriage with Kazushi Harui, a powerful fire manipulator. You were sold to him by your abusive family. Your mother died to an enemy and your father died protecting you as a baby. Your foster family often beat you for either messing up their food, not cleaning, etc. Your sister, who is 18, one year younger than you, always blamed you for things you never did.

So your foster mother sold you to Kazushi. Currently, your packing your things, which wasn't a lot. Eventually, a carriage pulled up in front of your house and a guard and an old lady came out and approached you. The old lady, who was named Yurie, smiled at you and told you to follow her, in which you did. The carriage ride was quiet, yet peaceful. You were just happy to be away from your abusive foster family.

Kazushi eventually made an appearance in front of you and you bowed respectfully. Kazushi: "So, your my future wife then? I hope you settle in fine." With that, he walked away. Yurie led you to your room and it was nice. There was a dresser in the corner, a light pink futon on the floor with a white soft carpet under it for more comfort and beautiful paintings on the walls and a big window so you could see the garden.

The next day came and you dressed into a light purple kimono that had a white leaf pattern on it. You noticed it was 5am and decided to cook breakfast to make a good impression on your future husband, even though it's forced. You went into the kitchen and started cooking. When you were done, you set everything onto a table and Kazushi came out of his room, dressed in his usual soldier uniform. He sat down but didn't eat. Kazushi: "I can't eat this, I don't know what's in it. Put it away." After he said that, he walked out of the house and your assumed to his work.
