She was stressed, there was a lot going on in her mind and she just needed some love to calm down a little, to refresh her mind and get that weight off her shoulders. Plus you two have been quiet busy and did not have really time together, which bothered her as she was drawn to you and could spend hours with you.

She just needed a few minutes, maybe even a few hours of being close to you, getting pampered by you and get loved. She really needed it.
