The Balladeer; Sixth of the Fatui Harbinger; was the name Scaramouche went by. While his main plan was to become a "God", he relied on Dottore, to experiment and design his body to fit the Electro Gnosis.

Currently, Scaramouche was sitting On a bed, waiting for Dottore to tell him the next step. But instead a small puppet entered the room.
