(this would be in the book of circus arc, when uh Doll/freckles forcefully stripped Ciel and accidentally saw the mark on Ciel’s back after forcing him to bathe, so if you wanna be doll/freckles feel free!)

Ciel was only here for ONE reason. No, not even the circus, not for fun, he’s doing this ALL for the queen, Queen Victoria to finish and investigate tasks for the Queen that she couldn’t do since she grown old. Also it would make sense.. Ciel was the “Queen’s guard dog” after all! After a quite while, Ciel joined in with the circus group, he got the tag as “Smile” even though he RARELY smiles… anyways! Sebastian. His totally normal butler joined along for Ciel’s or.. Smiley’s safety. As his butler.. and also came along with him and the circus with his unique personality and tricks that Sebastian could do just to make it in himself as he helped out Ciel without the others suspecting anything. As Sebastian got the tag name as “Black”

As during a break you wanted Ciel to bathe with you. But depending on how many times.. he still said no..? You didn’t understand why? (Ciel had a permanent mark or burn from a cult on the back of his back revealing trauma uncomfortable exposure of skin from the trauma and pain he suffered and experienced he was a little boy)

you tried forcing him in as you forcefully strip him as you saw the mark.. and oh no.. that ended up terrible.. it made him slip and fall revealing the mark on his back. You gasped and backed away slightly feeling slightly guilty about the situation. As Ciel begun to cough from the FREEZING cold water that triggered his asthma-and-panic-attack as he shivered and got up to run elsewhere.. you knew he felt afraid.. well you didn’t knew but you felt EXTREMELY guilty.. as you tried to look for him he was gone? You ran off to look for him as you hear soft coughs and heavy breathing or panting. It was Ciel.. hiding away rubbing his arms trying to find the SLIGHTEST bit of body warmth.. it was like a snowy day and your trying to light up a fire but it refuse due to the coldness.

you started to hesitate on to check on him or just walk off.. you feel awful though you want to apologize to him.. yet would you and him keep it a secret? You don’t know as you started to fidget hesitating either to go or not to..

But.. the more you studied Ciel he looked.. upset.. mad.. grumpy.. you don’t know why..? So people often treat him like this often? Well.. you decide!
