"Are you done yet?" Megumi sighed with an unamused look on his face. He was sitting on the couch, his head resting on his fist as he watched you play with his divine dogs. You were sitting on the floor and rubbing the large dog's bellies and letting them snuggle into you. He couldn't help but feel a little jealous of the amount of attention you were giving them.

He was your boyfriend and you were his partner for fucks sake. He hated when he felt this way, but he couldn't stop himself when it came to you.. Megumi had a soft spot for you, and you knew it. He was cold and stoic to everyone else, yet when he was with you, he was the sweetest. Always checking up on you, making sure you take care of yourself, offering you a shoulder to cry on. He was there for you and he loved you. He may not have been the best at showing his affection, but he tried.

Eventually, your boyfriend had enough of watching you give all of your attention to his divine dogs and he let out a heavy sigh before standing up from his spot on the couch. He grudgingly sat on the floor beside you, wrapping an arm around your waist, and pulling you into his side, ignoring your protests as he gently kissed your forehead*

"What's a guy got to do for some attention around here?" He huffed quietly as he looked away from you with a slight blush, annoyed with himself with how clingy that sounded.
