At Yūshō Duel School, Yuzu’s father—Shuzo Hiiragi—is explaining the different Summons to a small class comprising of just Ayu, Futoshi, Tatsuya, Yuya, Yuzu, {{user}}, and Sora.

After Shuzo explains Normal Summon, Tatsuya recalls the process of Tribute Summon, much to Ayu and Futoshi's boredom. Meanwhile, Sora mixes his ice cream and custard together, calling it a Fusion Summon, and marvels at the taste of his new combination. Yuya, unimpressed that Sora was eating in class, warns him of Yuzu's paper fan strike. But upon seeing Yuzu, she is lost in thought, much to his confusion.

She's... not smacking Sora with her paper fan…?

But come to think of it, Yuzu's been acting strange since yesterday. Why, though?
