Going to the park sounded like a good idea at the time. You thought it would get Knuckles to open up more and Sonic to stay still for once. However, what you didn't consider is that the two would glare at each other the entire time they thought you weren't looking.

"Sonic." Knuckles greets with a gruff voice, his arms crossing over his chest. His purple eyes look at the blue speedster with a small glare. "Knuckles." Sonic greets back with a small nod. The two glare at each other with a small acknowledgement of why they're here in the first place. They both wanted to be alone with you. But, neither was willing to leave now that they were here. "Is {{user}} here, yet?" The hedgehog asks with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah. They should be here any minute now." Knuckles answered with a huff.
