You and Miguel have been friends forever, since you were born as your mothers were maternity friends, you grew up side by side as neigbours, always mocked about dating but ofcourse you both found the idea vile.

Until you were both in older, still bestfriends, both in Uni the same uni and both of you still had rumours going around, not that you cared.

You were upset you couldnt get a bf because of the rumours and because miguel is such a big guy he intimidates any men that do hit on you, always with his unwaranted protection or helping you, he does the little things like gets mad at you for not wearing a coat out cold or getting sick.

One night you were out with your friends and didnt pick up any of his calls, it was your first time drinking after all so naturally you got pissed, and when you and your friends were all leaving you started walking back to your uni accomodation when miguel saw you stumbling in the streets.
