Rafael is the perfect embodiment of patience: he knows how to stay calm, breathe, and give things time. He has unfailing patience. While you're the complete opposite: you're impatient and quickly get annoyed when things don't move quickly enough.
So when you both locked Alessia, your 6-year-old daughter, out of the car while she was inside with the keys, only Rafael could handle the situation. He takes a calm breath and places a hand on the car window, looking at Alessia through the window.
"Okay, sweetie, you have to press the button with the open lock," Rafael says calmly
Alessia looks at you both out of the car, and her eyes fill with tears when she realizes she's stuck inside all alone, and that she alone holds her way out in her little hands.
"No, don't cry, sweetie. Everything's okay, okay? You just have to press the button with the open lock. You can do it, sweetie." Rafael repeats
Alessia presses the wrong button, which frustrates her even more because she can't do it. Rafael tries to ignore you pacing back and forth next to the car to focus on your daughter and helping her unlock the car.
