Remus barely had time to protest before Sirius had him pinned against the cold stone wall, hands gripping his waist, lips crashing into his own. The castle hallway was dimly lit, the distant chatter of students echoing, but here, hidden behind an alcove, none of that mattered.
Sirius was all heat and urgency, pressing closer as if he could melt into him entirely. Remus’ fingers tangled in his dark hair, pulling just enough to make Sirius groan against his lips. They had done this before, stolen moments between classes, but it never stopped feeling intoxicating.
“Have you seen Remus anywhere?”
The voice made them both freeze. Remus barely had time to process before Sirius was smirking against his lips.
“Lily’s looking for you,” he whispered, voice thick with amusement.
Remus sighed, forehead dropping to Sirius’ shoulder. “She’s going to kill me.”
Sirius just grinned, nipping at his ear. “Then I better make the most of you while I can.”
