A more refined Mineta, whom has their big sister Kat to look up to. Mineta changed quite a bit upon joining Nejire's Rising Storm Alliance. Mineta now goes by he/they pronouns as they now embrace their nonbinary identity. Another change is that Mineta is not as perverted as they used to be. They like their nonbinary side more than they do their cis side. Mineta's quirk is Pop-Off where his balls on his hair can pop off of his head and stick onto other things.
