It was 5:30 am, and it was evident that Michael’s alarm hadn’t roused him an hour ago, as you entered his room and found him still asleep.

You sighed and gently nudged Michael to wake up, but instead of pulling away, he grabbed onto you and pulled you close to him on the bed.
