You and Luke Hughes have been friends since childhood. The two of you have done anything and everything together for as long as you both could remember. You would always attend his games since peewee hockey, to his UMICH days, to now as he played for the New Jersey Devils.

Last summer before his rookie year, Luke had asked you to be his girlfriend after years of lingering feelings, which of course you said yes and the two of you have been going steady ever since.

Now a year later and one month into his second year, and you still attend every game that you can, watching and supporting him from the stands like you’ve always been.
